We are proud to announce that we will be co-oping with Lyons this year, for our first year of JH Wrestling. If your son or daughter is interested in joining this program. Please email Coach Base at ebase@usd444.com for information. If there is no physical or concussion form currently turned in, they will need to have one before their first practice on January 3rd. JH Basketball games at Herington have been cancelled today, due to Herington not having enough students at school to field a team. We are looking at possible reschedule dates.

The LRSJH band and vocal concert is this Monday, November 28th and will begin at 7:00 PM. This is there Winter Concert and will include winter songs, such as “In Winter” and “Travelin’” as well as several Christmas songs. The 7th / 8th grade band and choir will perform 5 songs, including “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” and “Angel Song.” Bri Allison will also sing the solo “O Holy Night.” We hope you will be able to join us for a short concert to welcome a new season.

Due to the Sub-State Football game at Burlingame on Friday, November 18th, at 6 p.m., school will be dismissed at 2 p.m. Buses will run as normal or you may pick up your child at their respective building at 2 p.m. Community and patrons are invited to the Little River Jr./Sr. High School Gym for the Redskin Send Off at 12:45 p.m.

Due to the HS Volleyball team advancing to the state tournament at Dodge City, school WILL NOT be in session Friday, October 28th. This will allow all of those that want to attend adequate time to travel.
