For After Prom: If you are providing drinks you can send them with your student tomorrow or bring them to the school from 7-9 tomorrow evening so we can get them on ice. Feel free to send non perishable items as well. Please mark for After Prom. We will be available Saturday from 10-11 if Friday doesn’t work. LRHS Sports Banquet
When: April 16th
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: Little River Gymnasium
All Little River High School athletes and their family are invited and encouraged to attend the banquet where each head coach will present and recognize athletes for their particular sport. All sports: football, volleyball, cross country, cheer, boys' and girls' basketball, baseball, softball, track and trapshooting will be recognized. There will be light refreshments, but all are encouraged to eat supper before attending this event.

Friday Fellowship at 7:30 Friday morning in the gym. Little River Catholic Church is the host and Coach B. Lafferty will share devotional. All JH and HS students and staff are welcome for great fellowship and food. Let’s Go!
An 8th grade celebration will occur on Wednesday, May 12th at 9:00am in the HS Gymnasium. This is our last day of school for students. Dress will be casual school attire. At the conclusion of the ceremony 8th grade students will be dismissed early at 10:00am. Families are welcome with no limit for guests. Any safety measures and requirements will be announced closer to the event. This celebration will be live on facebook for those unable to attend.
The LRHS Commencement Ceremony will take place on May 8th @ 3:00pm in the HS gymnasium. At this time we are not planning limitations for attendance. Any safety measures and requirements will be announced closer to the event. Please note that if area health agencies recommend limitations in gatherings we may need to make adjustments to our plan. LRHS Commencement will be live-streamed as well.
Thank you to our boys’ basketball team for a great season! You were fun to watch and represented LRJSH very well. We are proud of you, the coaches, managers, parents, cheerleaders, band, students, and fans!! Little River Redskins finished 3rd place in the 1A Division 1 State Tournament. Redskin Proud!!!

The LRJSH building is now safe and school has resumed.
All students and staff are evacuated and safe at Little River Junior Senior High School. Smoke was present in the gymnasium so 911 was alerted and the fire department dispatched. We are determining the source of smoke at this time and plan for school to resume. We will keep you updated.

Due to the high school boy's basketball team playing in the state tournament in Dodge City on Friday evening, school will be dismissed at 2 pm on Friday for all staff and students. Buses will run as always but at 2 pm. If you need to make arrangements for your child please contact the building offices. A reminder that Spring Break is next week!
