
As our student-athletes are getting their physicals done, please bring them into the district office, along with their concussion forms. Both forms have been handed out to those who have been attending weights. Forms can still be picked up in the weight room. Both forms need to be turned in before your student-athlete can participate in any practice. Fall practice starts August 19th. Please have forms turned in by August 16th, so they can be filed to the state.

The City of Little River has received snack/food/drink items that are available to be picked up at City Hall until 6 p.m. today or tomorrow during their hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Reminder that JH Boy's Basketball Team Camp starts tomorrow morning. It will run Monday-Thursday of this week, from 9:15am-10:45am. If you haven't registered, no worries, we can get you registered tomorrow at the door. Look forward to working with our Junior Redskins!! RT!

Please check your child's account in PowerSchool to determine if payment is needed for meals and/or student fees for the 2023-2024 school year. If there is a balance due, please send payment with your child to give to their respective building secretary or you are able to make payment through RevTrak. If you have any questions, please contact your child's respective building.

There have been a few changes to the JH Football Camp form. The time of the camp will now be from 3:30-4:45 PM and the deadline to turn the form in has been changed to Tuesday, May 21st.


Just a reminder, that The Tradition Continues Girls Basketball camp forms due date is May 20th. If interested in the Boy's basketball camp, registration can be turned in the day of the camp, but to guarantee you receive a shirt, please communicate with Coach Base or turn your form in by May 20th as well. 7th graders will be attending an environmental/ecology, social-emotional day tomorrow, May 14th at WIndom. with Mr. Lafferty and Mrs. Hollinger They will leave LR after attendance is taken and will go to Windom at 8:15 a.m. and be back to Little River some time during 3rd hour. They will not eat breakfast at school before they leave for Windom.

Today's HS Softball Regional home game has been rescheduled for Tuesday. May 14th.

We wanted to let parents know that at 9:45 a.m. the Little River Jr./Sr. High School had a practice "lockdown drill". This type of drill secured the school building and safely sheltered all students, staff and any visitors in the building. The purpose of this drill is to keep the students safe from any danger outside or inside the building in the event of an emergency situation.

Any incoming 8th, 7th, or 6th grade boys that are interested in playing in the Sterling Basketball Summer League this summer, we are needing to turn in a roster by this Wednesday, May 1st. Little River Learning Center's Donkey Ball/Baked Potato Bar Fundraiser is tomorrow, April 27th at the Little River Jr./Sr. High School. The Baked Potato Bar begins at 4:30 p.m. You don’t want to miss out on this family fun-filled night! Get your advanced tickets TODAY. After today, tickets will be $10.00 each at the door. You can get your tickets at the USD 444 Little River District Office, Little River Learning Center, Windom Elementary School and Little River Peoples Bank & Trust.

Community Clean-Up Afternoon ALL STUDENTS 7-12 will be taking part in Community Clean-Up Afternoon THIS WEDS, APRIL 24th 12:45pm-3:30pm. It is recommended that ALL Students wear OLD CLOTHES & BRING GLOVES! This is a great opportunity to give back to our community & earn community service hours that are required to graduate.
