Reminders:
1. No admission for the second games of the night on Thursday & Friday until 7:30PM. Saturday gates will open for Boys game at 4:15PM.
2. Please make sure and only your TEAM POD is coming on bus with team and sitting around bench area.
3. Teams may arrive (1-Hour) before their scheduled game times. Locker-rooms will be assigned upon arrival.
4. Teams will be allowed on floor to shoot and warm-up (40) minutes before tip. DO NOT bring balls, we will provide each team with (6) warm-up balls.
5. HOME team will be introduced first.
6. We WILL provide a concession, please make sure your side of bleachers are cleaned when departing.
7. (8) cheerleaders permitted on the floor (end line) during play.
8. VERY IMPORTANT that your community knows that fans will not be allowed on the floor or in the hallway or by locker rooms to visit with players/coaches after games. They are to leave our facility as quickly as possible. No coaches interviews with coaches after games as well. We will have two sheriffs making sure everyone leaves after each game. If we have issues with any fans not leaving, they will not be allowed back to watch any other games.
9. Those individuals listed on the PASS GATE ONLY will be admitted FREE. If they are not listed on the pass gate form your school provided they will have to pay admission. And if they are listed as Adult/Staff Supervisors they only get in FREE for the game they are listed.
10. If you had extra PROGRAMS after your home games please bring to us so we can have enough to provide all spectators.
11. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
12. Student Sections - because of social distancing requirements of 6 feet between people - there should be no student sections. Students can come to a game if they buy a ticket - but there is no student section because it must be socially distanced. Only those that live under the same roof may sit next to each other. Everyone else needs to be 6 feet apart.
