Turn off Highway 56 and turn left into the first parking lot.
Entrance Gates: Football: Visiting teams will park in our North End Parking lot, by our town swimming pool. This will be the only parking available for the visitors.
Pre-Game (or) After: We will follow KSHSAA Guidelines, will play a 5th Quarter after the finish of the Varsity game.
Admission: High School Adults: $5.00 K-12: $3.00 Per Person
Note: Patrons can bring lawn chairs and sit on the track, as there is a large crowd expected.
COVID Zone Areas: When you enter a COVID-19 zone, you must have your mask on and use the hand sanitizers while in that area. (Entrances, Concession stand, Restrooms, Bleachers, if not spaced at least 6’ apart)
FACE MASKS: Outside Events: Strongly recommended at all times. Each bleacher area and shared common ground areas have 6’ social distancing markings, identified by bright yellow tape or signs. Each respective administration is asked to monitor and supervise your fans choices and behaviors.
Temperature Screening: TEAMS: Visiting coaches will be required to temperature check their athletes and record their temperature on a sheet that will be given to the Canton-Galva activities director on site before unloading the bus. We highly recommend masks and to maintain social distance at all events. Spectators will be required to sit with their communities (visitors sit on visitors’ side). Please get this information out to your community as well, so the events go smoothly without confusion on how we are running an event. Thank you.
Football Bleachers Seating-VISITORS: We will provide parking in our North parking lot next to the swimming pool. We will have one admission gate for the visiting teams’ fans. We ask that you stay on your side during the game, except to visit concessions and use restrooms. We ask that you make those trips as quickly as possible following all of our COVID-19 guidelines. Fans are certainly welcome to bring lawn chairs and such. Visiting teams’ administration is asked to monitor this on your side and deal with it as you see fit.
Concession Stand Area: Our concession stand is located on the North end of the stadium, next to our home bleachers.
COVID-19 guidelines are very clear on what we can and cannot provide this season. We have worked with our McPherson Health Department and will serve pre-packaged meal type items. Of course, we will provide water, drinks, chips, candy, etc. We will also be pre-packaging (and following guidelines) and will plan on having hot dogs and hamburger meals available. Meal will change game to game. You are certainly welcome to use the main concession stand. Just remember this is a COVID-19 area and masks are required.
Restroom Areas: Restrooms are located in our concession stand area. Remember, this is a COVID-19 area and masks are mandatory. Please do what you need to do and return to your sideline ASAP.
